Facebook very quietly changed all email addresses today so that users @ facebook.com email addresses are the default and the other email addresses you may have entered are now hidden from your profile.  If you would prefer to have the addresses you specified visible instead of the @ facebook.com email you probably don't use and maybe didn't even know existed, follow these steps:

1. From your profile page, click on the "About" link under your profile photo.
2. Locate the section titled "Contact Info" and click "Edit"
   
3. In the email section, click on the circle next to each email address and select whether that address should be "Shown on Timeline" or "Hidden on Timeline".  In this screen shot below, the first and third addresses are set to be hidden from the profile and the second address is set to be shown.
4. Click on "Save"
