OpenSpark CEO Julie Smith was honored as the Board Member of the Year by the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) at the chapter's Annual Meeting today.  Julie has served on the board since 2010, first as Webmaster and then co-chair of the marketing committee.  On July 1, Julie will assume the role of president-elect for the chapter and remain as chair of the marketing committee.
